We’re very proud (and a little bit humble) to feature alongside a wonderful array of local food producers, wine makers, chefs, pubs and restaurants in the Summer 2008 edition of the foodie, the Midlands’ very own specialist food magazine.
There are bakers from Ludlow, mushroom-growers from Northamptonshire, a great new restaurant in Birmingham, millers in Leicestershire, fruit gin-makers from Herefordshire, fantastic-looking sweets from the Black Country (as well as a decent purveyor of Spanish food in Warwickshire).
