The days after the Good Housekeeping Cookery Team (aided and abetted by a native of Barcelona) asked us to send them a sample of our food were very tense indeed. It seemed very quiet. Then, after a day or two, the phone rang, and the team told us that they loved the whole thing, and planned to write about us…cue much jumping up and down, in happiness (and relief).
